Maybelline Full' N Soft:Best Maskara Ever?

I’m not the type of girl that wears a lot of makeup.  Okay, who am I kidding?  Normally, I’m just too lazy to put on makeup.  But when I do, my routine is fairly simple:bare minerals  foundation, a swipe of dark brown or black mac eyeshadow for eyeliner, and a dab of Vaseline.  And that’s it.  It takes a total of 5 minutes.
But today, in particular, I want to discuss the mascara, because I think Maybelline’s Full ‘N Soft is probably the best mascara on the market.  Believe me, I’ve strayed over the years and I’ve tried plenty of other mascaras, everything from the ones that claim to curl your lashes to the ones that claim to double the length and volume of your lashes–and a few in between.  Most of them went clumpy and didn’t fulfill their promises.
However, the Full N’ Soft mascara has never let me down and I’ve been using this mascara since middle school!  My lashes always look flawless and clump-free.  It’s nothing fancy–it’s not going to make your lashes longer or more voluminous or curl your lashes.  But it does the job for darker, thicker lashes.  (I personally use the waterproof version in “very black.”

Dermagenics:An Exciting New Moistuizer

Dermagenics contacted us at Latest Beauty to see if we would be interested in trying out their new ultra Intensive Anti-Anging Moisturizer. It is an all-in-one moisturizer that eliminates the need for a separate day cream, night cream, under-eye cream, serums, etc…you know, all of the cute little bottles we have lining our vanity.  Um, eliminate clutter, extra expenses and have awesome skin to boot?  Yes, please.  I am interested in trying out your new product.
Already, I love that the product has no discernible fragrance.  I have always been sensitive to fragrances but for some reason that sensitivity has been heightened lately, so fragrance is a make-or-break factor these days.  And when I put a dab of it on my hand (because I’ve already moisturized my face today) it really made my hand feel silky and soft.  There is a definite textural difference from the area where I smoothed on the Dermagenics and the area that was only moisturized by the hand lotion I had applied about 30 minutes before receiving the package from Dermagenics.  We’re off to a good start, Dermagenics and I.
I’m looking forward to giving this product a whirl and will keep you posted on how my skin is feeling and looking over the next few weeks!

Olay Advanced Healing Intensive Lotion

I have incredibly dry skin and as winter creeps closer, I am always game for trying a new moisturizer.  And since I have developed an even stronger sensitivity to smell lately, my usual Vaseline Cocoa Butter Lotion wasn’t going to cut it anymore.  I needed a hardworking moisturizer that I couldn’t smell working.
The beautiful words “Fragrance Free” got me interested in Olay’s Advanced Healing Intensive Lotion.  I’ve been using it for about a month now and I think I have found a new favorite.
The bottle recommends to use it after shower or bath, which works great for me since I keep my lotion in the shower to do just that.  The best thing about this product is how it seems to immediately absorb into my skin.  I don’t feel greasy in any way after using it.  With other lotions, I have sometimes felt like I needed to allow time for it to absorb before getting dressed, so I would swan about in my robe…which left me with a very moisturized robe, instead of moisturized body. There’s probably nothing that looks more classy on a woman than a beautiful dress. For centuries, this garment has been worn during life’s most important events. In modern culture, whether it’s your senior prom, a wedding, or even the Hollywood red carpet… there’s just something about an elegant designer dress that symbolizes beauty like no other. However, when not worn right, it can really turn into a disaster. The following five tips can help ensure that doesn’t happen!
#1: The Most Flattering Color
It’s always fun to have things in your favorite color, but when it comes to dresses, it’s not quite that simple. You should take into account your skin tone; you don’t want a color which is not compatible. Also, a hue that accents your eye color may be one way to really stand out; this technique generally works best if you have blue or green eyes.  As a general rule of thumb, I always prefer conservative colors over something like a bright fuschia. I just find that the more traditional colors look classier and are much more versatile.
#2: The Best Fit
No matter what your body type may be, there is a dress out there for you. The key is to try on as many different dresses as possible before making a selection. Taking along a trusted friend or family member to give opinions is also helpful, because you can’t always trust a sales associate to be honest.
#3: Proper Support
At least once in our lives, almost all of us have made the mistake of choosing a great dress but forgetting about supporting our breasts properly. Some dresses are designed so no bra is needed, but many of them do require some form of support. But it’s a big no-no to have bra straps showing under a dress, so consider using a backless version or strapless bustier. If you are looking to add a little fullness, believe it or not it is possible to do so without breast implants. There are a number of different slip-in pads available; some are even made out of silicone so they look and feel real. . Brushing Up 
Make body brushing a part of your daily routine. Scrubbing out dirt and grime is the least of its advantages. Body brushing tones and stimulates skin, helping with the natural drainage of the lymph glands. It also helps combat cellulite. 10. Water, Water Everywhere 
You can never drink too much water. It flushes out your toxins and is great for the skin, liver and just about every conceivable body organ! It keeps you cool and feeling fresh, reduces dehydration and rejuvenates your body cells. Drink at least ten glasses of water in a day. Bottoms up!

3. Be realistic about your changes.  (Don't set impossible goals!)
4. Set aside time for your goals.  (Commitment is key to your success!)
5. Stick to it and do it!

Ladies . . . if you're tired of losing your men to younger women . . . do something about it!  Give him something worth coming home to.  Do what you did to get him!  So often we forget what caught his eye in the beginning of the relationship.  Get back to basics!  When he married you, he could barely keep his hands off you!  Ask yourself what happened to the passion you both once felt?  Perhaps it's as simple as losing a few pounds.  Whatever it took to get him . . . is going to take to keep him!  Think about it.  When he married you, if you were an extremely sexy woman, and over time (perhaps after a baby or two), you've allowed yourself to blossom 3 or 4 sizes larger . . . you're no longer that sexy woman he married!  That's why I choose to use old pictures of myself as a constant reminder that if I once possessed sex appeal . . . I can keep it . . . and so can you!  So go to the photo album and select several photos of yourself in the early days of your relationship, and challenge yourself to recapture that sex appeal that once drove him wild!
